Please be advised that Delta Dental of PA is now instructing Allied Administrators (TPA) to cease issuing ID cards for Small Business Program (SBP) groups. To obtain dental care, the employee just has to let the dentist know that they have a Delta Dental of PA PPO plan & simply provide the dentist with name, DOB & enrollee ID or SSN.
