Employers must post the notice by March 3, 2025, and ensure it remains accessible through October 15 of the following year. Despite this change, employers are still required to file all 2024 Forms 1095-C with the IRS electronically by March 31, 2025. Employers should review their current delivery policies and decide whether to adopt this new method while ensuring compliance with any state individual coverage mandates.
