The Departments of Treasury, Labor and Health and Human Services issued final regulations regarding nondiscriminatory wellness programs in group health coverage under the Affordable Care Act. The final regulations generally apply to group health plans and carriers for plan years beginning on or after January 1, 2014.  There are some exciting components to the benefits of having a group wellness plan as part of your benefits package after January 2014!
