We have been working with (Total Benefit Solutions Inc.) since we decided to start our own company benefit plan. Ed and his team took the time to answer each question along the way, and advised us about the challenges even before they happened. The support provided to us was invaluable in many aspects of running our company, not just getting the benefits installed. In retrospect I cannot imagine how any small business could complete the process on their own without creating more problems for themselves.
