2021 Compliance Communication !

Indy Health Insurance Company, a stand-alone Part D plan in Arkansas, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Illinois, and Georgia has been terminated. CMS has temporarily enrolled impacted individuals into Medicare’s Part D LI-NET program administered by Humana as of March 1, 2021 to ensure continuation of drug coverage. CMS is offering a Special Election Period (SEP) to Indy Health Medicare Part D members to disenroll from their new plan and enroll into a different plan.

This plan termination SEP is valid now through July 31, 2021. The effective date for the new health plan coverage will be the first day of the month following the date the plan receives the enrollment request. This is a one-time use SEP only. Once the individual uses this plan termination SEP, it is no longer available to them. Individuals may use this SEP to elect an MAPD or PDP only plan. Total Benefit Solutions is prepared to help members impacted by this loss of coverage enroll into a new plan
