Preventive Plus
Preventive Plus providers are participating freestanding ambulatory surgical centers (ASC) and a select group of gastroenterologists and colorectal surgeons who perform preventative colonoscopy for colorectal cancer screenings at a freestanding ASC. For certain plans, the Member’s cost-share for this service will be $0 when performed by Preventive Plus providers. Please refer to your benefits booklet or contract to determine if your plan includes the Preventive Plus benefit.
