A number of clients have asked us about network pharmacy changes from IBC because they have been having issues filling prescriptions.
We asked for clarification and we were able to find out that the changes only affect members who are on the following:
- On the Proactive Suite of plans
- On the Silver Suite of plans
- On the Bronze Suite of plans.
